Take Pounds Off Sensibly

Join the Healthy YOU! team in taking off the pounds sensibly! Taking Off Pounds Sensibly also known as TOPS is a supportive program, which meets weekly. The weekly meetings are held in library room 201 during the lunch break on Tuesdays from 12:15-1pm. During the meetings participants are given the opportunity to weigh in, to track their progress week to week.
