Healthy Dinner: Freezer Wellness
All the recipes we are using for this session can be prepared as freezer meals and are Whole 30 compliant. All can be easily prepped, frozen and then thrown in a crock pot one morning. Simply add fresh veggies or a salad for a full dinner.
