Take Pounds Off Sensibly
Join the Healthy YOU! team in taking off the pounds sensibly! Taking Off Pounds Sensibly also known as TOPS is a supportive program, which meets weekly. The weekly meetings are held in library room 201 during the lunch break on Tuesdays from 12:15-1pm. During the meetings participants are given the opportunity to weigh in, to track their progress week to week. The group celebrates each other's successes, and shares what works for them in an effort to help each other take off the pounds. The first three meetings are free, so complete the membership form now (bring completed copy to meeting).
