Mini Challenge: Hydrate

Did you know? 4 out of 5 Americans are not drinking enough of water. Water is an essential component to keep our body functioning properly. In fact, up to 60% of the human adult body consists of water.
It is important to regularly drink water for optimum hydration. Not drinking enough water can have both physical and mental negative effects to our bodies. Let’s practice mindfulness by tracking how much water we drink daily. Are you ready for the challenge?
When: April 1 – April 15 (Sign up by April 5 )
What: Drink at least 60 ounces for 10 days. Let’s try to increase our water intake.
How to Participate:
  • Sign-up HERE
  • Using the Activity Tracker (provided after sign-up), give yourself one point for every day you drink at least 60 ounces of water.
  • Complete 10 days for 10 points. 
  • Send your Tracker to by the end of April.
Point Value: 10 points for 10 days (toward Quarter 2).
