Time Management Challenge

For the month of August you are challenged to practice mindfulness around your time managment skills. Spend about 30-60 minutes at the beginning of the week planning for the days ahead. You can plan for whatever you'd like - whether that be meals, course content for upcoming classes if you're a faculty member, your kids or family to-do lists as school starts, etc. Whatever your life may look like, visualize your next successful week. After all, "failing to plan is planning to fail" (Benjamin Franklin, we think).

When: August 1- August 31 (Sign up by August 5)

What: Spend 30-60 minutes at the beginning of each week to plan

How to Participate:

  • Sign-up (closed)

  • Using the Activity Tracker (provided after sign-up) mark each week you plan (complete 4-5 "planning sessions" to earn full points).

  • Send your Tracker to wellness@BluMineHealth.com by the end of August (September 3 deadline). 

Examples:

  • Create a goals list or to-do list for the upcoming week

  • Plan out meals for dinner

  • Break down your tasks

  • Plan kid's activities

  • Set aside time to do something you enjoy
