Health Fair

In response to recent recommendation from Governor Andy Beshear and new University protocol from EKU Interim President David McFaddin surrounding the COVID-19 virus, the Eastern Kentucky University Health Fair (scheduled for March 25, 2020) is canceled in the interest of protecting the well-being of vendors, staff, volunteers, and attendees.

Please look for the event in 2021!

Biometric Screenings scheduled to be administered during the fair have also been canceled. Employees will have the opportunity to participate in on site biometric screenings at a later date.

Biometric screenings will be available to employees at the 2020 Health Fair, free of cost.  Screenings take approximately ten minutes. You must sign-up beforehand. (NOTE: if you have already visited BluMine Health Clinic or your primary care physician for a physical this year, please do not sign up for a time slot at the Health Fair.)

You may use this screening toward your annual wellness program incentive. You do not need to bring the biometric screening form with you.

To sign up, use the link below. Select the time you would like, then hit the black "SUBMIT AND SIGN UP" button at the bottom of the screen. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you need to delete or change your sign up, you may use the prompts in the e-mail to do so.

For Vendors

Please plan to stay for the entirety of the event. We have moved the closing time to 3 so vendors will not leave early. Attendees expect vendors to be there until close.

Want to attend? Please complete the Health Fair Vendor Request Form for 2020 HERE

No retail sales are allowed on location.

Once accepted as a vendor, you will receive e-mail communication with further information which can also be viewed here: Vendor Information

Volunteers

EKU Community: Would you like to volunteer? We will gladly accept help! Please fill out the form below. It takes a village to make this event go well!
