Welcome to the 2022 Wellness Program!
The EKU Employee Wellness Program is now using WellRight, a wellness platform provided through BluMine Health.* Participants will use WellRight (or the smartphone app) to complete assessments, upload biometrics, and log quarterly activities.
Initial registration invitations for WellRight will be sent via e-mail on January 6, 2022. This link will last for 30 days. If you did not receive the email, or if your link is expired, please request a registration link through firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to earn the wellness incentives after registering for WellRight:
- Take the health assessment. This is found under the “Age Gauge” button. Completion of the assessment earns the employee a $60 incentive.
- Complete an annual physical/biometric screening. Employees must upload the biometric screening form, completed and signed by a healthcare provider. Upload takes place under the “biometrics form” button. (Please note this form must be completed regardless of which provider you see, including BluMine Health.) This is a $100 incentive.
- Complete quarterly activities (anything that is not the assessment or biometric screening). This includes challenges, other preventative appointments, monthly fitness logs, quizzes, etc. All of these are housed and logged inside of WellRight. This is how points are accumulated. Earn 60 points in a quarter to earn $60.
*BluMine Health Care Clinic is available to you and your spouse/dependents (age 2-26), regardless of whether or not the spouse/dependents are covered under your health insurance plan. BluMine Health provides frontline primary care. Appointments are readily available and wait times are short. There are no co-pays. Employees are not required to use BluMine Health to participate in the employee wellness program.
