Carnita Pork Street Tacos
- 2 1/2 lbs pork shoulder or butt (Colliver Farms)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp coarse sea salt
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- fresh herbs (use what is available)
Season meat and slow cook in crockpot about 8 hours. Shred.
To assemble use some or all:
- seedy summer slaw
- corn tortillas
- slices of avocado
- cilantro, roughly chopped
- diced onion
- shredded cheese
- slices of lime
