This month we are focusing on sleep and how it affects our health. The amount and the quality of sleep we get has a huge effect on how our minds and bodies function. The Sleep Foundation recommends that the average adult get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night.
This challenge is shorter than others as the University closes after the 17th. The focus for December is 12 Days of Wellness. For this challenge, you will complete 12 acts of wellness between December 1st and December 17th to earn 15 wellness points.
