It is so easy to get consumed in our lives that we forget to sit still and focus inward. Self-care is so important, so let's take 15 minutes out of our day to actively focus on our mental health. You can try doing yoga, sitting still, walking meditation, and anything else that makes you feel refreshed and inwardly focused for 15 minutes.

In May, we spent time being intentional with our self-care in regard to our mental health.  This month, we are expanding on what "self-care" looks like.  Self-care sometimes needs to be "fun" and "play."  Part of health is about being able to relax and have fun. It's about being able to laugh, play, create, and enjoy ourselves.
