Fall 2024 Walkabout Wednesdays

Get in extra steps or prepare for a 5K with Walkabout Wednesdays!!!   Earn 5 incentive points for each walkabout you complete.  

***If you are working from home or your schedule does not allow you to attend the Walkabout Wednesday on campus, you will still be able to participate at your leisure from home.  If walking from home, just walk the required distance for that week's walkabout and log your participation in the WellRight Portal to receive your points.  Please email jen.dray@eku.edu to confirm completion for your prize drawing entries.
