EKU offers a variety of wellness classes through different venues. Campus Recreation and Community Education all provide a wide range of group fitness classes each semester.

Community Education

Classes vary every semester, but may include: Water Aerobics, Lap Swim Classes, Social Dance, Yoga, Fencing, Tennis and T’ai Chi.

Campus Recreation's Fitness Program offers a variety of classes at various times throughout the week. Group fitness classes are included in Campus Recreation membership.
