You are your biggest critic; it’s time to reverse that pattern and send yourself positive messages instead. For the next 30 days, write down one good thing about yourself every day. Keep your list on your desk, in your planner, or on your computer desktop—somewhere easily visible so it can lift your spirits throughout the day. If you forget one day, write down two things the next day. To complete the challenge, track "Yes" 30 days.
