Hours of Operation: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Clinic is available to EKU employees covered by the EKU Health Plan and includes employee spouse and dependents (age 2-26). 

Getting Started is Easy!

Schedule an appointment by calling your Richmond Care Center at (859) 376-1363. (See additional locations below.) 

Or, fill out the contact form and the Clinic will call you. 

Please call from the parking lot for pre-screening per covid-19 protocol.

Bring with you to your appointment: 

• Your health coverage insurance card  
• A valid state or federal ID
• List of all your medications (prescription, herbal, over the counter, etc.) 
• New Patient Paperwork (Must be completed each year for all patients) 

  *Spouses and dependents are not required to have coverage with the EKU Health Plan to receive services from the Clinic. For your convenience, the EKU Benefits Office has provided known spouse/dependent demographic information to BluMine. Employees with a spouse and/or dependents who have never been covered by EKU benefits will need to provide additional information upon arrival at the clinic.*

All services and many generic medications are free when utilizing the clinic. (Please note that HSA participants may have a co-pay for non-qualified services.)

New patients will be asked to complete the three forms found online before their first visit.
