Smoked Cauliflower

1 large head of cauliflower

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1-2 tsp smoked paprika



Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.

Cut cauliflower in to pieces.  Place in bowl, add olive oil and toss, then add paprika and salt and mix until coated.  Spread evenly on baking sheet.

Roast for about 10 minutes.  Better when served hot.
